The fabric is imported from Japan and is soft and comfortable.  It is also breathable, washable and colorfast.  Lastly, this harness is manufactured in the USA.

Ultrasuede is manufactured by Toray International America Inc. of the Toray Group. This synthetic fabric delivers unparalleled luxury, appeal, performance and ease of care. Soft to the touch, yet very durable as this fabric is resistant to stains and discoloration, and completely machine washable
