Our boutique provides several sizing charts on most listings to help guide your purchase decision. Please review the sizing charts carefully to avoid ordering incorrect sizes. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If you need to return an item due to damage or defects, please email us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order at returns@pawswithfashion.com. Please include your order number, date, item number, and a description of the defective merchandise. We will assist you with the return process.

Condition of Returns

Any item returned must be in its original, unused condition with tags still attached.

Order Cancellation

We process all orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it.

Shipping Delays

We do not issue refunds, credits, or accept returns for shipping delays. Delivery times can be affected by postage delays, customs, unforeseen circumstances from our manufacturers, or global events. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact us in advance, and we will provide you with an accurate timetable if possible.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Used apparel, toys, pet beds, blankets, carriers, treats, all grooming products, furniture, and diapers, which include belly bands and panties.
  • Custom made-to-order items, as the fabric/material is cut to the specific measurements of your pet.
  • Engraved and personalized items, unless they are damaged or misspelled.
  • All holiday items and accessories, including wedding apparel and Halloween costumes.

Returning Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Email us at returns@pawswithfashion.com with your order number, date of purchase, and item description, including the reason for return. You will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will issue a store credit or refund. Please allow additional time for exchanges.
