It is a deep burgundy wine color in the softest taffeta like fabric.  It has a silky black underlayer that adds flounce and flair.  The bodice has a sheer overlay over the burgundy fabric with velvety polka dots.  The skirt has almost a tutu like volume but with elegant taffeta like fabric.  A matching ribbon neckline embodies the top and fits around the neck to keep it on.  It is also held in place with a double black ribbon that fits around the bodice.
